Pal-Mar Natural Area is open from dawn to dusk for hikers only; no bikes, motorized vehicles, dogs, or horses allowed. Bring plenty or water and snacks and don't wear your Sunday best clothes and shoes. It is a significant hike through often wet areas and you should plan accordingly. And watch out for critters- we saw plenty of wild pigs and heard a big gator splash on our trip out to get the geocaches in the area. That being said I couldn't resist putting another cache out in this natural area.
About the Title. Ok I admit it. The title is all about getting some more local geocachers out to see this beautiful area. I think we all need to extend our boundaries, get out in the woods and see what is out there. And my friends SwEagle and fishguy probably aren't looking this far south. Hopefully more cachers will follow and the caches won't be so lonely. Maybe a few favorite points would help too if you think they are worthy.
