Michael Faraday: 22 September 1791 – 25 August 1867) was a British scientist who contributed to the study of electromagnetism. One of his main discoveries was the principles underlying electromagnetic induction.
At GZ you will find a steel box on a wood post. This box contains a device for one of Faraday’s experiments with electromagnetic induction. You will need to activate the device with a moderate clockwise motion to illuminate Faraday’s Firefly. The firefly will then reveal the cache container and log which are located approximately 150’from the metal box. This gadget cache must be done after dark preferably with an assistant, although it is possible to do at night unassisted. The cache container and log are not in the metal box. Parking is right next to GZ and no bushwhacking is needed, after rain the ground may be wet.
