Geocache Description:


Blue Moon Rise is a brand new subdivision above Langs beach. Where the cache is boasts some impressive views over Bream Bay and wider ocean area. The subdivision has been newly opened, but several sections are already under contract and construction on them will commence soon. Although the cache is located in a secure area I don't know how long it will last when houses are in. Like the sections - get in quick! Cache is wheel chair accessible - just watch for cars once construction begins
