This series of caches is on State Trust Land. A permit is required to enter. Permits are available at Arizona State Land Department's website:

No motor vehicles allowed on this plot of land. I recommend a bicycle.
This is a desert so be aware of critters that bite or sting. Besure to carry water with you.
