Welcome to Kuan Shan Riverside Park (觀山河濱公園) to do some graffiti. In the past, graffiti artists found nowhere to show their talents, but here, they don't need to worry about violating laws.
Taipei Hydraulic Engineering Office (台北水利工程處) allowed anyone to do graffiti here . It is completely free of charge and you don't even have to apply in advance.
However, please notice that political and indecent words are not allowed. Moreover, every four months (namely April, August and December) the walls will be cleaned and painted white. So if you finish your artwork, don't forget to take photos and share with everyone!
