Because Taipei Songshan Airport (台北松山機場) is just on the other side of the red-white wall, therefore many planes flying over the sky very frequently. Actually the red-white wall is a "Checkerboard marking" for marking a barrier for airplanes. Sometimes it is painted red and white, while sometimes it can be orange and white.
