Cache IS at coordinates. You must however solve the incredibly difficult combination lock on the various compartments of the enclosed puzzle box to find the log sheet. The other (also locked) compartments, once opened , will give you the coordinates for the 3 bonus caches ( GC86R6J, GC83R6B, and GC83W2G ) hidden not too far away ( you'll have to drive though ) that make up the rest of the set of four ' LOL Surprise' caches ! This is actually intended as a very family-friendly puzzle group. Children could quite easily do the solving and hopefully some tourist geocache families passing through will do just that! Have fun . It's meant to be that way .
