Traffic Lights, a set of automatically operated colored lights, typically red, amber, and green, for controlling traffic at road junctions, pedestrian crossings, and roundabouts. the caches will provide you will all the tools you will need and more to solve it. It is going to require some time and patients to open it. The name of the cache has a clue on how to open it. there are no special tools required to open this cache just the power of the mind and try something different or opposite to what you would normally do.
