Geocache Description:

14 April 2019, 14:00 - 16:00


 

This is a special Creation Celebration Event celebrating deviously decorated and crazily camouflaged geocache containers and the devious and crazy cachers that create them. Join us at The ECO Center at Ridge Ferry Park for a presentation on tips for deco-flaging various cache containers. We will then break out into several workshops and see if we can produce that mythical, invisible pre-form tube!

3:45pm Deco-Flaged Container Contest


PRESENTATION: We will have a PowerPoint presentation detailing some of the decorating/camouflaging techniques we have used, some of which even stumped us.

WORKSHOPS: Pick a table and join in the fun of decorating a geocache container to take home. We'll provide the pre-form tubes and all the trimmings although feel free to bring any special decorating items or material you may have on hand.

If you already have a creative container you would like to show off, please bring it. We will have a display table for those containers and award prizes for the best deco-flage.

As an added bonus, everyone who attends this Creation Celebration Event will receive a special souvenir from Geocaching HQ.
