FIELD PUZZLE! PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION
The posted coordinates will take you to Hudson Springs Park, but the final is located at Bicentennial Woods which is a 33-acre parcel of heavily wooded land, and one of the few remaining hardwood forest stands left in Hudson. It has a stream and a half-mile trail that connects to Hudson Springs Park. No night caching. You will be off trail, so dress appropriately. Suggested parking locations are provided for both areas.
You might want to do some homework before attempting this one. Do you know how to project a waypoint (built in on handheld GPS’s, or tools available on apps/internet), know degrees in a circle (you didn’t sleep through all of math class did you), tell time (digital and analog)? You will obtain info/instructions at the posted coordinates to find the 2nd stage location (no longer a container at that location). A straight line to the 2nd stage is NOT RECOMMENDED. See the suggested parking for the second stage and final. From the 2nd stage location head 250 feet directly west to find the Final. Please no spoilers in your logs or photos (they will be deleted). You must sign the log to claim the find.
This cache is one of six 2019 Friends of Hudson Parks Geocaching Adventure Series caches highlighting different parks. In addition there is a "FOHP Bonus - 2019" cache (GC84GQJ) to be found. Record the code included in each of the 6 caches on the Geocaching Adventure form (link to form) to determine the coordinates for the Bonus cache.
