I was out geocaching with a friend, saw this location and thought “ this would be a good place for a cache”: my friend ( Suhs Mom ) had an extra bison tube so we were in business. This is in KAW state park with parking available down by the boat ramp. It was a beautiful day and a good area for a picnic and to let geopup Dallas run a little. This cache is in an area that shouldn’t flood but if it is wet out wear boots because it will be muddy. Pretty sure flooding shouldn’t be a problem, but I’ll keep an eye on it as it is close to the Kansas River. Come on out, lots of caches in the area and fun for the whole family. The park is open 6 am to 9 pm. Have Fun!
