The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.
In order to find yourself at the cache, you need to do a simple offset or projection. However, there is a catch. You can't get exactly to the first stage. You must find (or get close) to the BIG YELLOW BICYCLE. It's within 0.2 miles of the posted coords. From the BIG YELLOW BICYCLE, project a waypoint 4177 feet at a bearing of 261.17 degrees. There, you'll find the geocache. Have fun!
