This Traditional introduces you to a smartphone-based geocaching experience known as an Adventure Lab. To do an Adventure Lab you need to have a smartphone with either an Android or IOS operating system.

If you have no interest in doing the Adventure Lab then skip all of this description and simply go to GZ, find the cache and put your initials on the log.
So:
1. Download and install the App
2. Use your geocaching.com name and password to login.
3. Find the Adventure "Paranormal Capital of Canada". It's an awesome tour of historic Winnipeg.
4. Put your GPS away. Use the App to navigate to each of the 10 locations. The App takes you to the precise spot where you need to be. Read the question and enter the answer.
5. Enjoy doing the Adventure Lab as well as finding this geocache. We are confident you never knew just how much paranormal activity there is in downtown Winnipeg--We sure didn't!
