If you go to the posted coordinates you will find nothing but concrete.
You will find yourself near West Torch Lake Drive, where your adventure begins.
Brownwood is the 3rd town square in The Villages. I have placed a somewhat similar hide in the other 2 town squares and felt I should do the same for Brownwood.
The final is within 1.5 miles of the listed coordinates. It is a small container. The nearest place to park a car is about .25 miles from the final location. There is room to park a cart near the hide.
To figure out the coordinates to this cache, you will have to head east on West Torch Lake Dr. As you walk along this road, you will find Historical Markers (signs) that give a somewhat fictitious history of Brownwood. You will find at least 12 signs, on either side of the road, that you will need to use to determine the coordinates to the final location.
