If you are not familiar with this type, you will need a Geohelper in the Erie, Pennsylvania area. I would recommend Erie Area Geocachers via Facebook to find a Geohelper, or you could also post a note to GC86FP5, looking for geohelper
The first stage you find in Las Vegas, a small army figure, will give you the coordinates to the final (GC86FP5) in the Erie area.

Once each of you have found the first stage of your respective cache, you can trade information, which will enable each of you to find your respective final.
Only the geocacher who finds the final can sign the logbook and post a FOUND IT log.
