Geocaching has meant more to us then just finding tupperward in the woods. It's been about meeting some of the nicest people ever! Our geocaching community has offered, love, support, advice, and fun times! That's where events come in to play. This is where the magic happens. This is where friendships are formed. This is where we share our geo successes and woes. There have been so many memorable experiences with these amazing people. Here are just a few of ours.....
1. Trip to Geocaching HQ for Block Party with Oilbear125
2. Roadtrip to Canada with Teller44. And I certainly can't forget our trip to Roswell, NM!
3. Night caching in Wichita with Team BSCCTS and many others as we waded through PI, crossed creeks and up & down muddy banks just to be surprised at the final by LincolnB
4. Traveling through eastern Oklahoma with Teller44 and Wall77 so they could grab new counties
5. Outdoor Movie Nights hosted by TeamJags in their driveway/front yard. Popcorn & Cotton Candy!!!!
6. Hiking up the mountain to GCD (Washington's oldest cache) and hiking through the railroad tunnel to reach the Ape Cache with Teller44.
7. Attending an awesome Birthday event for MrsCantuland that her hubby Cantuland held in her honor.
8. Multiple Halloween events in Cedar Vale, KS where we ran around town at night to EVERY stop sign! Hayrides, hot dog roasts, costume competitions, and much more all hosted by Teller44 with lots of help from Wall77 and Bobbysocks.
9. Roadtrip to Geowoodstock in 2018 with J&K, Teller44, and Sassysilkie. So many memories were made on that trip!
10 And to round out this list the Picnic in the Ark events that we held for 4 years at our home. Thank you to all of you amazing cachers for coming out to play goofy games and eat potluck lunches with us.
But, there were also hard times......we had to say goodbye to our friends....RIP KSRenegade, GuardTurkey, and Cisnguy.......
Now it's your turn! Come join us for this meet & greet and bring your memories of favorite experiences with local cachers! Can't wait to hear your stories!
