Just north of Marshalltown, where Highway 14 crosses the Iowa River, the creeks and low lying fields can get a little wet when it rains too much. During those times Weise Garden Road is prone to flood; residents may have to take a slightly longer route going home from Marshalltown.
There is another creek crossing Weise Garden Road about midway; fortunately it has a new box culvert, so I do not think it will flood. This cache was actually placed before a recent flood state, and the cache is still dry afterwards. So I would have to say this creek (and the cache) are A-OK.
