Tribute to the First Welland River CO's

Filling The Holes series. We found a few empty places along the river so are dropping a series of Tribute Caches to the First CO’s who hid caches along the Welland River.

The first 4 canoe/kayak caches hidden along the Welland River were hid by blaktyger in August 2011, he then added 4 more in 2014.

Zorkan_Heneron hid the first two multi caches in August 2012.

Onerod hid his 4 water caches in late 2013 along with 4 other co-hides that year.

There are only three “older” caches remaining along the river. The oldest active by fmarchand00 who hid their first water cache near Welland in August 2013. The second oldest active cache was hid by foam follower in October 2013. The third oldest active cache was by tiggrrr in June 2014.

Thank you to all the CO’s for their hides.

The cache is to be visited by canoe or kayak; it should only be accessed from the water, as reaching it by land would require trespassing on private property. Most important, play safe & have fun.

Congratulations to XXX for FTF
