Opened in 2017, the Fry Brook Recreation Park is East Greenwich's newest park. The park features a pretty, well-maintained walking loop as well as an interesting meadow environment in the summers. The park takes its name from Fry Brook, which runs along much of the area's southern border. Fry Brook Recreation Park is primarily meant for exercise; its loop was designed to be a running track for the East Greenwich High School cross-country team. In addition, in 2018, the East Greenwich Parks and Recreation department received a grant from the state to add outdoor exercise equipment along part of the route.
The geocache itself is placed along the banks of Fry Brook, a little off the main trail. The CC is a micro pill bottle (apologies). You do not have to cross Fry Brook to retrieve this geocache.
