Geocache Description:

Placed here in homage to the recently demolished Fole Dairy which was a local landmark on the 'old' A50 Stoke to Uttoxeter Road.

Close by is an old tiny former Primitive Methodist Chapel, now known as Fole Reformed Evangelical Chapel (c.1850) situated on the A50 junction. Again it's another local landmark, but this one has thankfully has been spared from the local JCB bulldozers.
I'm not religious, but it's nice to keep these buildings intact, I've no idea if it's in use but it's great to preserve our heritage.
There's something ironic that they chose to buld a dairy rather than a brewery alongside the Methodist Chapel, and it survived to out live the dairy.
Maybe a pint of 'gold top' isn't so healthy after all............

On a driving instructor theme the cache location is the nice but tricky hump back bridge, which some of my learners have struggled with in the past.
There's nothing like a well preserved stone bridge over a small countryside stream, and this drops into that category nicely.
Take care around the bridge due to the potential for traffic, but they should be at crawling speed so there's not too much danger.

There is space to park a car alongside the cache location, but obviously avoid being an obstruction.
