Parking: Suggested parking is in the car park at the provided coords, there is a footbridge to take you over to Horsbere. Or if there is space you can park by the gates leading in to the brook (waypoint1).
Where: Meet us in the woodland (published co-ordinates), look for the rangers truck.
What: Join us restaking trees in the woodland, replacing damaged deer guards and removing any dead trees. We will also be sorting deer guards ready for reuse later in the year.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and any tools and gloves needed. Please bring your own gloves if you prefer and a hammer/mallet if you have one.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.They will introduce the session and do the health and safety brief prior to work commencing. Children will need supervision and pets kept under control.
