Geocache Description:

I have had this container riding around with me just looking for a place to put it I do believe I have found a spot. This is evil, slightly genius but evil. I was out finding local caches and happened to see this from across the way and decided that would be a great spot for a new cache to get published so here it is. Good luck to FTF. Hint posted after first find.
