Prescott Park is open until 5pm during winter hours, and generally until dusk during the summer. There is a parking area towards the top that will get you on relatively level ground for this cache. The entire loop is about 4 miles and affords you a number of caches to find.
You're looking for a small pill bottle at the map kiosk for Manzanita. Please replace it as it is hidden, both to keep from being muggled and to give cachers that visible hint as to where it is located.
