Actually this cache is a tribute to disappeared giant letters ПОЧТА ТЕЛЕГРАФ ТЕЛЕФОН ("post, telegraph, telephon") that were located on the roof of the local post office across the street. The building of late Soviet age (finished 1975) was constructed by design of the architects Andrashnikov and Ekiloyan, employees of the Moscow Institute of Typical and Experimental Design of Commercial Buildings. One can say that it's brutal and ugly, but such architecture is also a part of historical appearance of the city and has ist own vintage charm.

So, what about cats and space? Well, we just have hidden this cache on the Cosmonautics Day after visiting our friend's cat. And also the cache location is rather cat-friendly ^_^
!NB! please don't log as 'found' when you actually haven't found the container, such logs will be deleted without any mercy. No cache means 'DNF', if you are sure that the container is lost - please don't hesitate to report cache missing.
