We're back for another go. Thursday worked well for the last couple BBQ School "classes" so we'll keep it there.

In addtion to coming for slow cooked meaty goodness, we'll be discussing our favorite foreign hides we've found. And yes, Canada counts!

As many know, some foods on the menu tend to sell out early, so if there is something you must have probably best to call ahead and have it set aside. And for those of the legal age, there are adult beverage options. In addition to food there is an old school arcade. Perhaps there will be time enough for game or two of Galaga!
