When you get to the GPS location have a look around and decide from there where you need to go. The cache title should give you a hint.
Before entering, look at the parking sign at the posted coords and determine the following to get the needed information to find the cache inside the building:

A. Number of letters in the first word on the sign (-4)
B. Number of words on the second line of the sign
C. Number of letters on the second line of the sign) (-8)
D. Number of letters in the last word on the sign (+1)
E. Number of words on the sign (+4)

Use your answers as follows: ABC.DE (sum=28)
