This cache is located along the Trial Wood trail. In the summer months, this wood is often the most reliable spot on the reserve to hear and see charismatic cuckoos. Blackcaps and garden warblers also call this wood home during the breeding season. This trail includes Trial Wood viewpoint, which overlooks New Fen North, the first area of reedbed.
