Over the past few months a mystery artist known only as "Block Vandal" has been brightening up a drab block retaining wall at the bottom of the Gracefield entry to the Wainui hill by turning the individual blocks into Lego characters. Why don't we know who he is? This is why ............
Block Vandal wishes to reman anonymous and what better way to do this than to wear a mask just like his artistic creations? This allows him to work in broad daylight but keep his real identity secret just like every other super hero.
Block Vandal's work schedule seems a bit sparodic to say the least with new characters popping up at random followed by long periods of quiet, no doubt due to Block Vandal taking a well earned rest at his lair where he can plan his next dastardly artistic creation.
