While on a recent vacation to Morro Bay we managed to retrieve Dig-Em and helped him on his way to two more missions. And to further help him complete his quest we created his very own traveling cache (suitcase). In his suitcase there are a number of items such as a poncho for when it rains. A mosquito net for those pesty west nile mosquitos. Travel money for those unexpected expenses. A sewing kit incase he gets torn. Plus a bandana, sniffles,a companion frog, and a California tour book for somthing to read.
REMEMBER this is a TRAVLING cache which means you take the cache and move it to a new location. Hopefully somewhere by a mission. Then you log the new coordinates on the cache page. I will then edit the page and put the new coordinates on the top of the page. You can just exchange goodies if you don't want to move it but don't take Dig-Em out of his suitcase.
FYI Dig-em has now traveled to 16 of the 21 missions. The follow five missions are the ones that he is still looking for. San Juan Bautista, San Antonio de Padua, San Miguel Arcangel, San Fernando Rey de Espana, and San Gabriel Arcangel. Our many thanks to those who have helped Dig-em on his great adventure.
