It is on dry land, a short walk from the parking lot.
-= 1.31.06 =- I've been having problem with people moving this cache around. Throwing it into the water, and many other things. I'm not going to close this cache because it's in a nice scenic spot. But at the moment I'm going to change the type of cache this is. At the moment this is only a scenic spot. I'm sorry for this.
