WWFM Flash Mob XVI - Hull

In connection with WWFM - Flash Mob XVI we arrange event at Hull City centre.

What is WWFM?
WWFM – World Wide Flash Mobs – A fun and friendly way to promote geocaching around the world. 
Thousands of geocachers at dozens of coordinated events spanning the globe, gathering at the same time.
In England action time is 18:00, so we meet together earlier at 17:30.

Event date: 22/06/19 ,  SATURDAY
Event time: 17:30 PM - 18:30 PM.

You will need an umbrella.
You can wear GC accessories (T-shirt) or clothes of your choice.

AGENDA

17:30     Meet outside St Stephen’s Shopping Centre near NEXT, or by the bench.
17:45     Brief talk in preparation for the event.

If it’s not raining:
17:58     Everyone go to take some place (position) nearby, separate from each other.
18:00     After the whistle, open umbrella and do action "Freeze" for 5 mins.
18:05     After 5 min "Freeze" action you will hear second signal of whistle that action is over. Without talking, walk into St Stephen’s Shopping Centre, spreading out from each other (some in right side, some left side) SLOWLY walk, heading towards the West exit at the opposite side of Shopping Centre.
18:10     Meet outside (West exit) to sign log book, take photos, chat, swap / discover TB's etc. 
              We can move somewhere else if necessary.

If it’s raining:
18:00     Without talking, walk into St Stephen’s Shopping Centre, spreading out from each other, and with umbrella open SLOWLY walk, heading towards the West exit at the opposite side
18:05     Meet opposite TK MAXX near the West exit at the opposite side of Shopping Centre
18:06     When everyone is together, go to take some place (position) nearby, separate from each other.
18:07     When you hear the whistle, do action "Freeze" for 5 mins, still with your umbrella open, until you hear the whistle again.
18:12     After 5 min "Freeze" action you will hear second signal of whistle that action is over. We can close an umbrella.
              Everyone comes together by the wood bench to sign the log book, take photos, chat, swap / discover TB's, etc. 

18:15     Meet inside (West exit) to sign log book, take photos, chat, swap / discover TBs etc. 
              We can move somewhere else if necessary.

Childrens are welcomed but must be supervised by an adult. Disabled people are welcome.
