About the Location
This cache is located in the Milwaukee River Greenway. You'll have to hike in. The closest parking is near the Urban Ecology Center to the south.
Some stealth may be needed if there are people on the trail. As always, should you be caught, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
About the Spy Gear
The 1965 Bond film Thunderball featured a big underwater battle between the United States Coast Guard and the forces of SPECTRE. The fighting was mainly done with harpoon guns and knives. The Coast Guard parachuted in from a plane. SPECTRE arrived at the scene with underwater propulsion units and an orange mini sub shaped like a stingray.

Permission to place this cache has been granted by the Milwaukee County Parks Department. Permit No. 456. This area is managed by the Urban Ecology Center. They have also given permission.
