A nice wide, flat, smooth concrete trail gets you within 30' of the cache. From that point there is some fairly thick (and possibly thorny) underbrush between you and the cache. Should be substantially easier in the winter months. You may want to wear jeans, and you'll definitely want bug repellant.
If you have kids with you, be prepared to stay at the park for a while. There is a *huge* playground here.
Park at N40 5.012 W88 12.090. You'll have about .2 miles from the parking lot to the cache.
This cache is actually my nephew Garret's first cache. I took him on a few "treasure hunts" last spring and he had such a good time he decided he needed his own cache.
The original cache contents are some of Garret's toys, mostly McDonald's happy meal toys, and a travel bug we picked up in MO on vacation.
You may need to be somewhat discreet when getting off the trail to find the cache as this is a pretty popular park. Once you get near the cache you will be out of view for the most part.
