This Geocache can be found on the former site of the Alan Fletcher Research Station which previously focused on pest and weed management, including management of prickly pear. The site still boasts some wonderful large trees that were planted during the research Centre’s tenure of the site.
The research station has made way for a housing development, however the site still delivers a wonderful quiet green space which fronts along the Brisbane River.
Bring a snack and take 5 minutes to enjoy this relaxing spot.
