Parking: Suggested parking is in the car park at the provided coords, there is a footbridge to take you over to Horsbere. Or if there is space you can park by the gates leading in to the brook.
Where: Meet us in the orchard (published co-ordinates), look for the rangers truck.
What: We will be creating some large scale bug hotels and some also for small mammals. We will be making them in the orchard with a plan to make extra which can then be transported to other areas of the site if we have enough helpers.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance. Please bring any elastic bands you may have along with broken terracotta pots or air bricks.
Health and Safety: The session will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.They will introduce the session and do the health and safety brief prior to work commencing. Children will need supervision and pets kept under control.
