ITA: il "Castellazzo" o Castelliere di Doberdó (o Gradina in sloveno) é un antico castelliere (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castelliere), cioé un borgo fortificato dotato di una o piú cinte murarie, usualmente posizionato su cime di colline o monti. Esso si trova a circa 1800 m a ESE dell'abitato di Doberdó.
La cosiddetta "cultura dei Castellieri" si sviluppó in Istria ed in seguito si espanse anche in Dalmazia e in Friuli; fu attiva durante la Media Etá del Bronzo (ovvero dal quindicesimo al terzo secolo AC).

L'origine della gente che costruí queste fortezze primitive é incerta, ma probabilmente si trattava di popoli indo - europei e sembra che essi vennero inizialmente dal mare. Questa cultura duró fino a quando la zona fu conquistata dalla civiltá degli Antichi Romani (III secolo AC).
L'antico insediamento detto Castellazzo si trova sulla collina omonima (155 m). Il suo vallo circolare é lungo circa 500 m e rimase abitato a lungo, data la sua posizione facilmente difendibile, grazie alle pendici ripide che lo circondano da tre lati su quattro.
Alla sua estremitá SE offre una vista spettacolare sul cosiddetto "Vallone", la strada omonima, le cime circostanti e l'abitato di Jamiano.

Per trovare la cache, che si trova in un punto caratteristico, seguire il sentierino che si diparte dal sentiero SE-NW principale e va verso NE. Il contenitore é di dimensione regolare ed é protetto esternamente da un sacchetto di plastica. Il nascondiglio é in una zona tranquilla, ma stai comunque attento a non farti vedere dai babbani quando sei sul punto e, dopo il "log", richiudilo con attenzione (per prevenire danni causati dall'umiditá), annoda bene il sacchetto di plastica (possibilmente con nodo ganciato) e nascondilo bene, allo stesso modo in cui era stato piazzato inizialmente. Se non riesci a trovarlo, non distruggere il muro nella ricerca! Piuttosto leggi il suggerimento o controlla le foto spoiler!

The ancient settlement called Castellazzo is located on the hill with the same name (155 m). Its circular wall is about 500 m long and remained inhabited for a long time, given its easily defensible position, thanks to the steep slopes that surround it on three sides out of four.
At its SE end offers a spectacular view of the so-called "Vallone", the homonymous road, the surrounding peaks and the village of Jamiano.

To find the cache, which is placed in a characteristic point, follow the little path that starts from the main SE-NW path and goes towards NE. The container is of regular size and is protected by an external plastic bag. The hideout is placed on a quiet zone, but be anyway careful not to be spotted by muggles when on GZ and, after logging, close it carefully (to prevent damages from moisture), tie the plastic bag well (possibly with a hooked knot) and hide it accurately, the same way as it was originally placed. If you are unable to find it, don't destroy the wall during the search! Instead read the hint or look at the spoiler pics!
