Summary
This is not a quick park and grab. Far from it. While not truly what the cache is called as the ground is relatively solid. I’d still strongly suggest waterproof calf high boots unless you enjoy walking around with wet feet and footwear. This is a geocache for the dedicated geocachers who likes being in the woods and doesn’t mind a bit of terrain challenge. You should expect uneven ground, water, bushwhacking pending the season, possible thorns depending on the path you take, and when the foliage is in bloom, mosquitoes. Lots and lots of mosquitoes. You are in the woods, so the possibility of poison ivy, deer, and therefore deer ticks, snakes, spiders, lions, tigers, bears and crocodiles. Ok, probably not any of the last four, but you should keep your eye out for all the rest.
I'd suggest mosquito repellent in the summer unless you have a mosquito bite fetish.
Description
This new container is starting out stocked with a log, a variety of small swag and two TBs in separate labeled baggies. Did I mention I’d suggest mosquito repellent in the bug months? And waterproof boots during any season? Happy hunting!
