This is my first cache, I placed it right out in front of the lovely sign that adorns the River Mill Park.
When I first visited Occoquan this park was but an over grown private road that led to who knows where. I was surprised to see it open up so suddenly into a nice little public space by the water. Occasional musical events and movie features are held at the stage in the park.
Though the park is nice, it doesn't have very much going on. I never really felt compelled to explore it since it opened. So, I thought it would be nice to add a nice incentive to visit this corner of Occoquan.
(5/16/2019) NOTE: This park can only be accessed by first entering through Occoquan town. There are frequent events and spurs in activity in town, So there will be many days that muggle traffic may make getting to the cache and parking very difficult. The park on the other hand tends to see far less foot-traffic than the town itself, but I've been told that there may very well be a decent amount of visitors even on week-days: use stealth if necessary.

Re-enabled the Geocache, updated the location and hint. Location is slightly more difficult, so I increased it to match.
