Geocache Description:

FTF coin available to the lucky cacher who finds this first. You may have to give the coin a tug to remove from the container. There is room for small swag.

Hamden township is in the southwest corner of Becker County. As of the 2000 census, there were 220 people residing in the township. Hamden is home to 8 lakes, and a large portion of the Hamden Slough National Wildlife Refuge. The area directly east of the town hall was Hamden Lake before being drained by settlers in the early 1900's. The town hall served as a schoolhouse, and was a polling location into the early 2000's.

The cache is not hidden within the building.

Please be respectful of the area.
