About the Location
This is a spot in Estabrook Part, overlooking the river. It is at park level. There are stairs here that lead down to the lower trails.
This is a hot spot for disc golf players. They will tend to congregate on both sides of you, so stealth is required. You might want to lean on the nearby railing and gaze out at the water until you find the right moment to make the grab.
As always, should you be caught, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
