Welcome to Glacier!
This is a simple geocache which I've been wanting to place up in our mountain hideaway, away from the bustle of the big city. Glacier is a tiny outpost of interesting people, great food, and a vibe that just seems right. A quirky little town that won our hearts over 20 years ago. We've been escaping reality up here, playing in the snow with our dogs, a tiny bit of skiing, but mostly enjoying some of the best hiking trails in Western Washington. If you're up here, you know most of this already. But if you're new to town, stop into any local business and say hi.
The cache is super simple, once you're onsite you'll know exactly where it is. No need to trample anything, cache is available year-round. It is placed high, over 6ft up, so bring a tall friend or a TOTT. Just be sure to place it back EXACTLY where you found it. Cache is in plain view, so proper placement is important to maintain its stealthiness.
Be wary of the Ranger Muggles across the highway.
Be VERY WARY of the cars on the highway. The highway can be very busy at certain times of day, so park wisely, walk carefully, and cache opportunistically.
