4/23/20 Checked on cache, replaced container, replaced log with rite in rain paper so no reason not to see your name on log.
I met Helen and Theo (her pooch) at a Cache Machine in Wenatchee, going on 8 or 9 years ago. She and her friend, Polliwogg, saw I was on my own and asked if I wanted to cache with them. Little did I know how much trouble it would cause me when I said yes. First of all, they are Canadians and I had to then (and ever since) turn my units to metric when we cache together. (I'm sure the rest of the world will see the error of their ways and get on the statute bandwagon soon). Then I am sure it was her idea to go cache the E.T. Highway, do countless Cache Machines together in Washington and Oregon, and most heinous of all, go through customs at the US/Canadian border many times by dangling the fact that Canada has Tim Horton's and Washington state does not. I sure she does it because she always finds more caches than I do when we cache together.
But I gotta say, we have more fun caching together and I couldn't ask for a better friend. Her trusty dog Theo has passed on but new pup, Cache, is still growing and trying to fill Theo's paws. I look forward to hopefully caching together for a long time to come.
It's funny how answering "sure" to a simple question asked can turn out.
As for the cache, please do not look for it when there are events being held at the park-----4th of July, Taste of Edmonds, etc. Rehide better than you fund it and let me know of any problems. Have Fun. 6\7\21 After replacing this cache multiple times after it being moved, go onto the field to grab this one. Hint changed.d
