The Church of Saint Helena is a Roman Catholic church located on Cuza Voda Street in Bucharest, a building built at the beginning of the 20th century. The place of worship serves as the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Parish of Saint Helena in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Bucharest.
The Roman Catholic Church of Saint Helena was raised at the initiative of the prelate Augustine Kuczka, then the inspector of the Catholic schools, who considered that a chapel would be needed next to the Catholic School on Cuza Voda street no. 100. Due to the substantial donations received from the benefactors, the construction of the church advanced very quickly, and on May 21, 1914, Father Kuczka sanctified the foundation stone.
The church is the work of architect Carol Cortobius (1874-1955) in Art_Déco style. It has a bell tower and next to it there is a parochial house with a courtyard where there is a cave of the Virgin Mary of Fatima with the three little shepherds.
It was consecrated by Archbishop Raymund Netzhammer on January 7, 1916, surrounded by six priests, and in the presence of many Hungarian believers, pupils of the nearby Hungarian school, Hungarian officials, etc. The name of the church's patron saint, Emperor Elena, was chosen by the first great donor of the church, Ilona (Elena) Sterian, but who had died shortly after the work began.
Saint Helena Church is a Marian sanctuary where pilgrimage is done every month on the 13th, in memory of the appearance of the Virgin Mary in Fatima.

Biserica Sfânta Elena este o biserică romano-catolică aflată în strada Cuza Vodă din București, edificiu ridicat la începutul secolului al XX-lea. Lăcașul de cult servește drept sediu al Parohiei Romano-Catolice Sfânta Elena din Arhiepiscopia Romano-Catolică de București.
Biserica romano-catolică Sfânta Elena a fost ridicată la inițiativa prelatului Augustin Kuczka, atunci inspectorul școlilor catolice, care a considerat că ar fi necesară o capelă pe lângă Școala Catolică din strada Cuza Vodă nr. 100. Datorită donațiilor consistente primite de la binefăcători, construcția bisericii a avansat foarte rapid și, în ziua de 21 mai 1914, părintele Kuczka a sfințit piatra de temelie.
Biserica este operă a arhitectului Carol Cortobius (1874-1955) în stil Art_Déco. Are un turn cu clopote și lângă ea se află o casă parohială cu o curte în care se găsește o grotă a Sfintei Fecioare Marie de la Fatima cu cei trei mici păstori.
A fost consacrată de către Arhiepiscopul Raymund Netzhammer, la 7 ianuarie 1916 înconjurat de șase preoți, și în prezența a numeroși credincioși maghiari, elevi ai școlii maghiare din apropiere, oficialități maghiare etc. Numele patronului bisericii, sfânta împărăteasă Elena, fusese ales de prima mare donatoare a bisericii, Ilona (Elena) Sterian, dar care decedase la scurt timp după demararea lucrărilor.
Biserica „Sfânta Elena” este un sanctuar marian, unde se face pelerinaj în fiecare lună, în ziua de 13, în amintirea apariției Sfintei Fecioare la Fatima.
