The Heatherdale Retarding Basin has another duty in summer; it becomes one of the smallest ever cricket grounds! With a playground and drinking fountain nearby, this is a lovely stop on the Somers Trail. Fantasize about hitting sixes; it is certainly easy to do on this ground!
