This geocache is on a fairly well maintained yet narrow road pretty close to smack dab in the middle between the Skalkaho Highway and Skalkaho Rye Road. It’s the scenic route! Large vehicles are not recommended although smaller trucks and most cars would not have an issue. Few large potholes but nothing to be concerned about. You can drive right up to this geocache. No need for any extensive climbing. Very windy with endless side roads off of this one for four wheeler exploration! We love this area and felt like it could use a few more caches!
There are many areas very close by to camp, fish and hike. Take in the view and don’t be afraid to get stuck in the middle of it all! Help keep this area as gorgeous and natural by picking up at least one sack of garbage and haul it out with you! We have made a habit of picking up as many cans and what not along the road and recycling them for $$!
About the cache : Don’t worry nothing lives in there. We checked. It’s not very deep either but be brave! Please be sure to place as deep as you found it so that the weather will not effect the cache as much!
