Caches are placed on a running course of about 10 km, that goes around Rokko Island.
In order to avoid dehydration, especially in summer, please be sure to prepare enough water by yourself before your challenge.
On holidays, car traffic is low, but be careful as you may cross a road without a pedestrian crossing.

六甲アイランドをぐるっと一周するランニングコースにキャッシュを配置しました。
一周およそ10Kmのコースです。
途中に給水ポイントなどはほとんどありませんので、夏場は各自で準備してチャレンジしてください。
休日は車の通行量も少ないですが、横断歩道のない車道を渡ることがあるので十分注意してください。
