Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at the posted coordinates.  However, there are many choices within an easy walk should you find yourself in need of a pre-caching pick-me-up!

“And into the forest I go, To lose my mind and find my soul.”  ~John Muir

Note: There is no need to leave the trail!  If you’re stepping on plants you’re in the wrong place. Also, you're in the forest so expect the GPS signal to be erratic. The goal is to enjoy being where you are, so when you're close, just use your eyes and geo-sense.

I love spending time in the forest, discovering quotes that resonate with me, and geocaching!  And I’ve come to really enjoy puzzle caches that are fun but not frustrating.  I hope this puzzle falls into that category for you. As I was creating this puzzle I couldn't help but be grateful for geocaching friend, FrodoB, who has helped me learn so much about solving puzzles.

Step 1: Using the image below, fill in the numbers on the blank line as they would logically follow from the seven lines above.

Step 2:  Add the numbers in the new line and let that total equal A

Step 3:  The cache can be found at:  N 47 39. (Ax20)+3       W 122 10. (Ax10)+37

**Special thanks to Sly Fox for the technical assist!
