Bear Creek Redwoods OSP is now open to the public, so it is time for new caches. This one is across the trail from a small stand of old trees that somehow escaped the lumberjacks. The largest tree has unusual features; perhaps that is was why it was left behind but I am just guessing.
You are looking for a camo taped pill bottle. There is no need to leave the trail. Please rehide it carefully.
The park is open from one half hour before sunrise to one half hour after sunset. Happy caching.
