A Series geared to our Basic Members, to help make you Geocache Addicts, that will require Trail walking, but with full Amenities nearby. It will take you into the North Woods of the Park. Do not worry, you cannot get lost here: you can only go so far.
I have provided Waypoints for helpful Trailheads. If you appear to suddenly be moving away from the GZ, relax, you will soon come to an intersecting Trail that you can pick up.
For those who want a Self-Guided Tour of the Woods, start with the "The Shepard" Cache GC899TB, utilizing the Shepard Trail Trailhead. From that point on, find the remaining Caches in order of proximity
This Cache is located on the Perimeter Trail.
1" Dia x 1" Long; Log only, bring a Pen. One End Cap of Cache is bonded, the other is a tight slip-fit: pulling off using your nails is easiest.
Please replace so that the End that opens is on top and recover so it is not apparent to passing Muggles.
