Calverton Bridgegate Circular
A lovely, 2-3 mile circular walk around Calverton country side, with a potential 16 caches to find. Mainly flat terrain but some narrow and very overgrown footpaths. Plenty of residential street parking along 'Park Road East' but please park courteously.
Some things to consider before attempting our Calverton Bridgegate Circular walk:
- Along the Epperstone bypass part of the walk, the grass verge is very wide however, children and dogs need to take great care as the Traffic is very heavy.
- Advisable to wear long trousers due to the overgrowth in some parts.
- Leads for dogs a must for a short part of the walk due to a herd of sheep that may be occupying one of the fields.
- There is an electric cattle fence on a short part of the walk, so make sure small hands are kept to themselves.
- Pen and tweezers a necessity!
We hope you enjoy this lovely, mainly quiet walk, absorbing everything that nature has to offer! You should have plenty of time for searching as most of the walk is muggle free! Happy caching!!

Admire the 3 interEsting houses on the way... This is one of the harder terrain ratings of the walk due to the overgrowth and pesky nettles! Long legged trousers recommended
